Our practice focuses on children, adolescents, students, and adults of all ages. We conceptualize issues from a cognitive-behavioral approach, meaning that we will explore together with you the thoughts and feelings related to your behavior patterns and examine the impact of any biological, psychological, and social factors. Therapy often leads to better relationships, solutions to problems, and reduction in anxiety and distress.
We offer individual, couples, and family therapy. We specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy with adolescents and adults for anger management, anxiety & stress, depression, family conflict, relationship issues, and more. We will work together to make manageable changes so that you can feel better and move forward to reach your goals.
We conduct therapy groups to provide another avenue of treatment that can yield difference benefits for you. Currently we offer a weight loss support group. Please inquire about other group offerings.
Reignite conducts psychological assessments to assist with treatment plan development.
