Our practice focuses on children, adolescents, students, and adults of all ages. We conceptualize issues from a cognitive-behavioral approach, meaning that we will explore together with you the thoughts and feelings related to your behavior patterns and examine the impact of any biological, psychological, and social factors. Therapy often leads to better relationships, solutions to problems, and reduction in anxiety and distress.
