What to Expect

Your First Session
Your first session is an opportunity to share what’s been going on and what you’re hoping to work toward. It’s also a chance for you to decide if the therapist feels like the right fit.

Ongoing Therapy
We typically recommend weekly sessions at the beginning to build a strong foundation. From there, your care is tailored to your needs and goals.

A Safe, Confidential Space
All sessions are private, professional, and designed to help you feel comfortable opening up at your own pace.
