Our program provides comprehensive treatment that addresses the full spectrum of issues that has contributed to or has been impacting your struggles with weight. We understand that weight loss treatment is more than diet and exercise. Our philosophy is based on the knowledge that effective weight loss treatment must be a holistic experience that is focused on making lifestyle modifications that will support success for a lifetime.
Our program uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness as a vital component of a comprehensive plan for identifying and addressing a myriad of issues that may be contributing to a client’s weight struggles. The skills that are developed through CBT can make the difference in the effort to overcome the internal and external obstacles that have prevented clients from achieving his or her weight-related goals. Our program is client-focused and goal-oriented.
Our program offers small group boxing & cardio classes to aid in your weight loss journey. Classes are offered several times weekly at lunchtime, evenings, and on Saturday. Our non-contact class combines classic boxing techniques & tactics with functional movements. Our Boxing classes will help you channeling your energy, aid in weight loss, discipline, stress relief and increase muscle tone. One-on-one personal training sessions are also available. All equipment is provided.
Meet Our Trainers
Jeffrey Young is an award winning boxer and personal trainer. He dedicates himself to each session to tailor it to the needs of his clients and motivates them to achieve optimal results. Coach Jeffrey has over a decade of experience training clients and has trained 5 Golden Glove Champions. Some of Coach Jeffrey’s awards include National Master Runner Up Champion (2014), 2016 Azalea Festival Boxing Tournament Champion, and 2016 Hartlett Pal Tournament Champion.
Marquis Doles is a personal trainer with over three years of experience. His overall goal is to instill the passion for fitness into anyone looking to change their level of health. Marquis enjoys helping his clients reach their fitness goals and educates each one on sustaining their commitment to changing their health.
